Eleven people were arrested in connection with a gathering of up to 300 students that police say got out of control.Students were celebrating when police got a call for somebody in need of help. But police say students wouldn’t let the ambulance through and became unruly. Police say the crowd turned on them: one officer suffered a broken leg.
