Day Four of Fortune Trial 

Tuesday was day four of testimony in Skowhegan in the trial of Daniel Fortune.The 22-year-old is charged with attempted murder.Fortune’s foster brother was ordered back to court, but 20-year-old Leo Hylton did not take the stand again.Hylton testified for nearly four hours Monday, saying repeatedly he could not recall any of the events that took place in Pittston two years ago.Hylton has already been sentenced for his role in the home invasion and machete attack that left William Guerrette and his daughter with permanent injuries.Closing statements are expected Thursday.
