UMaine Student Sentenced to Three Months for Stabbing 

A University of Maine student admitted today to stabbing another student and will now spend three months in jail.20-year-old Chris Girouard of Sebago pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated assault. In late January, Girouard got into a fight with another student inside a frat house. Then the fight moved outside. Police say Girouard stabbed the other student three times in the back. A second person was hurt in the fight, too.At the time, Girouard was ordered not to return to campus and was suspended indefinitely. Besides jail time, he also has to pay 850-dollars restitution to the victim.
