Skowhegan Man Sentenced for Manslaughter in Sex-Gun Game 

A man from Skowhegan convicted of manslaughter in connection with a night of sex games involving guns is going to prison for ten years. Bruce Lavallee-Davidson was sentenced Friday in Portland. He apologized to the family of Fred Wilson.Wilson died from a single gunshot wound to the head last April at his home in South Portland.Lavallee-Davidson pulled the trigger.His attorney argued three men had been using guns during sex play, and that Wilson may have put a bullet in a revolver to increase the thrill.Prosecutors said even though there was no intent to kill, Lavallee-Davidson was responsible for ensuring the gun was not loaded.
