Maine’s AG Urged to Sue Federal Government 

House Republicans are calling on Maine Attorney General Janet Mills to join a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the new federal health care overhaul.Representative Andre Cushing of Hampden filed the joint resolution.It urges Mills to sue over the requirement that Americans buy health insurance, saying congress has no authority “to order you to buy a product or service you don’t want.”So far, Attorneys General in 13 states have sued uncle sam.Mills says she has no intention of joining them.
