Daffodil Days 

Folks can give the gift of daffodils and help the American Cancer Society.The society’s 32nd annual Daffodil Days began Thursday.And more than 150-thousand daffodils are arriving in Maine.Volunteers will be selling the daffodils at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Bangor and the Hannaford in Brewer Friday too.They will also be delivering the flowers throughout the greater Bangor area.They have added potted plants this year, which costs 15-dollars.And all the money from it goes to the American Cancer Society.” It’s very important because as you know and everyone knows we’re still trying to find a cure for cancer.”For cancer information 24 hours a day you can visit or call 1-800-227-2345.
