Penobscot County Grand Jury Indictments 

The Penobscot County Grand Jury handed down indictments Tuesday. On the list is a Massachusetts man accused of killing a little boy in Bangor.27 year old Edgard Anziani is charged with Murder and Manslaughter.Prosecutors say he killed 15 month old Damien Lynn at the child’s home last month.Anziani told police that the little boy was injured after falling down some steps, but the state medical examiner says the toddler had injuries including broken bones and internal bleeding that could not have happened in such a fall.Anziani was arrested in Maryland a few weeks later, and brought back to Maine.Also indicted were three people accused of kidnapping and assaulting an Old Town woman.Authorities say the woman was forced into a car, taken to a remote location then assaulted.18 year olds Anjelika Cray and Kara Doll, both of Brewer, are charged with conspiracy to commit kidnapping, assault and criminal threatening.30 year old Benjamin McClure of Bangor is facing all those charges along with Unlawful Sexual Contact.28 year old Christopher Norris of Bangor was also indicted by the Grand Jury.He’s accused of causing a lot of commotion after a traffic stop on Broadway in Bangor last month.Norris was a passenger in the vehicle, and police say he ran off after the car was stopped by police.They say he ran into his home that just happened to be across the street.He was arrested a couple hours later in the basement of the building.Norris is charged with criminal threatening, refusing to submit to arrest, and violation of condition of release.
