Police in Waterville are warning residents to watch out. Police arrested two men and are looking for a third man in connection with what they say are scams against older people. 32 year old Jason Bolduc of Kennebunk and 39 year old Jean Beaulieu of Biddeford allegedly asked several homeowners to rake, trim trees and seal driveways according to Waterville’s Deputy Police Chief, Charles Rumsey, Rumsey says one of the three men fled when he saw Police. Bolduc and Beaulieu were charged with violating state law that requires contractors to wait three days before doing work to give customers time to cancel a contract. “Anyone that tries to pressure you to get some money from you and do some work right away it’s reason to be somewhat concerned. Of particular concern to us was is the one from Oak Street, one of the people they were dealing with made a report to us later that there was medication stolen from their home.” Rumsey said. Jason Bolduc allegedly stole oxycontin pills. He’s been charged with stealing that medication.
