Supreme Court Says No To Husson Law School

For the second straight year, the Maine Supreme Court has rejected a request that would have allowed graduates of Husson University’s proposed law school to take the Maine bar exam. The court says it denied the request because Husson has yet to open the law school and they don’t intend to seek accreditation from the American Bar Association.Husson President Robert Clark says the school will take the matter up with their board in april and examine all available options.
