More than 100 people braved the storm to get their flu shot at Miller Drug in Bangor Wednesday. At eight AM folks were lined up outside the door to get their seasonal flu shot.Owner Bill Miller said the foot traffic was steady but they were able to get people in and out pretty quickly.Miller Drug had two-hundred-fifty doses of the seasonal flu vaccine, but did not have any of the H1N1 vaccine.Miller says it’s not too late to get your flu shot. “It’s starting to become more readily available, we all started getting it a little later. It’s not too late for seasonal flu or H1N1, it’s not too late but the public might perceive it as being too late.”This is the 15th flu shot clinic they have had at Miller Drug.Miller says he’ll continue to hold the clinics as long as he can get the vaccine.
