Webster Plt. Deaths Ruled “Suspicious” 

State Police are now saying that the deaths of a husband and wife in Webster Plantation are suspicious. The bodies of 47-year-old Michael Miller and his wife Valerie, also 47, were discovered Saturday afternoon in their mobile home on the Tucker Ridge Road.Webster Plantation is about 20 miles east of the town of Lincoln. The Millers’ bodies were transported late Saturday night to the state medical examiner’s office in Augusta. Autopsies were preformed on Sunday. No information has been released as to the cause of death. State Police have been gathering evidence from inside the home, and talking to relatives and neighbors of the couple. State Police spokesmen Steve McCausland says the investigation is progressing. “I don’t want to get into any specifics of the investigation but I can tell you that State police have been interviewing a number of people,” said McCausland, “we start with family and friends and relatives as well as neighbors and work out from there so there have been a number of people that have been interviewed. We know a lot more than we did as of Saturday and there’s a lot more work to do.”
