The estate of a 38-year-old pregnant woman who was murdered by a co-worker is suing the call center in Lewiston where they worked. The complaint claims the company should have known the woman’s killer posed a threat. Richard Dwyer is serving a life sentence after a jury last year found him guilty of robbing, raping and murdering Donna Paradis in 2007.Lawyers for her estate say Affiliated Computer Services should have been concerned about Dwyer because of his lengthy criminal record and complaints filed against him by another woman at the call center.A spokesman says the company’s legal staff has not seen the complaint and could not comment.
