TWO RUNS IN THE 6th AND MORE IN THE 7th. LUKE HETTERMANN DRIVES IN CURTIS WORCESTER. WORCESTER WAS THE STARTING PITCHER AND HE WAS A HORSE ON THE MOUND.IT WAS A ONE RUN GAME WHEN NIC COTA SINGLED IN HETTERMANN WITH THE TYING RUN. IT WAS ALL EVEN AT FIVE AND EXTRA INNINGS FOR THE 2nd NIGHT IN A ROW FOR THE BANGOR BOYS.TOP OF THE 8th… CODY SAVAGE HITS A SAC FLY THAT WAS DEEP ENOUGH TO PLATE JACQUES LAROCHELLE WITH THE GO AHEAD RUN.BUT CALIFORNIA LOADED THE BASES WITH NO OUTS. MARC WIK THEN SINGLED IN ONE RUN TO TIE IT.THEN WITH TWO OUTS AND THE BASES STILL LOADED, BILLY NEVIN WALKED AND THAT ENDED THE GAME.BANGOR FINISHES WITH A 1-3 RECORD BUT WITH TWO EXTRA INNING LOSSES.CALIFORNIA MOVES INTO THE SEMIFINALS ON FRIDAY.
