Fruit SmoothiesA great way to start your day—-.Must have a blender!Variety of ingredients:Fruit: banana, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, cantaloupe, mango, peaches, pineapple. Juice (anything but tomato) Please BEWARE of sugared juices—high fructose is bad!Yogurt—makes it creamy—use plain!!!!Any one or all of the above is great. Add all ingredients to blender. Blend, pour, drink…done!Use remaining in popsicle molds and for snacks.
