Bacon Wrapped Maple Glazed Pork LoinIngredients:1-5 lb. pork loin1 lb. bacon, rawblack peppermaple syrupDirections: Preheat oven to 450°. Wrap pork loin with bacon. Place in roasting pan and put in oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven then cover roast with foil. Turn oven down to 300°. Place roast back in oven. Baste roast with maple syrup every 10 minutes (approximately 4 times). Cook until desired doneness, about 1 hour. Remove foil from roast.Oven Roasted Red PotatoesIngredients:2 lb. of potatoes, washed and quartered2 T fresh chopped garlic1 t fresh chopped rosemary½ teaspoon paprika¼ cup vegetable oilsalt and pepperDirections:Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Place on cookie sheet. Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes.
