Serving Size : 1 Amount Measure Ingredient — Preparation Method——– ———— ——————————– 8 ounces Fresh pasta — we like fettuccini with this one 1/2 stick Butter 4 ounces Haddock 1 bunch Scallion — sliced thin 1 each Lemon — halved salt and pepper — to taste Black Pepper — for sprinklingIn a large pot boil 6 cups of slightly salted water. Once it boils add thepasta and stir well.In a sauté pan heat the butter until it begins to brown, and add the haddock.Fry the haddock in the butter until it begins to flake apart, by this timethe pasta should be about done.Drain the pasta well and set aside. In the sauté pan add the choppedscallions and some salt and pepper. Stir really well and immediately addthe past.Shut off the pan and toss everything really well, if anything has stuck tothe pan, make sure it is hot and add a small amount of white wine OR waterto help get the tasty little bits out.Dish up, sprinkle with some black pepper and squeeze the lemon.
