Roasted Green Beans 

Recipe Courtesy – Cathy SperonisPrep Time: 10 minCook Time:  20 min.Level:  EasyServings:  8Ingredients:2 lbs fresh green beans1 ½ Tbsp Olive Oil1 tsp. kosher saltFresh ground black pepper Preheat oven to 450*.  Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.  Trim and clean beans.  Dry thoroughly.Place in prepared pan and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.  Place in center of oven and bake for 10 minutes.  Using tongs toss and turn beans.  Place back in oven and roast for an additional 10 minutes, until beans brown and are tender.  Remove from oven and serve immediately.
