Three Arrests Made in Bangor Robberies

Police have arrested three Bangor men in connection with a string of robberies near the Bangor Mall.

Timothy Woods, 25, Joshua Clark, 23, and Justin Clark, 26, have been all been charged with felony theft.

Police say they stole thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from Best Buy, Toys R’ Us and Target on Thursday.

At each location, at least two men entered the store, selected items and then ran away, sometimes after gathering the goods into a big bag or box.

K-Mart also reported a similar theft, saying a man filled a trash can with hundreds of dollars worth of goods before leaving.

Police say surveillance data helped them track the suspects to a house on Court Street on Friday. After chasing the three men on foot and by car, all were arrested and charged.

The case remains under investigation. Police ask anyone who might have received any stolen merchandise to return it immediately.
