Milo Arson Indictment

Authorities say 33-year-old Christopher Miliano set the fire that destroyed several downtown businesses.

District Attorney Christopher Almy says he has evidence to prove that Miliano burglarized the Hobnob restaurant in September.

It’s believed he set fire to the restaurant to cover his tracks.

That fire spread to several other businesses and apartments.

Almy says today’s indictment follows a long investigation by the state fire marshals office.

Miliano is already in jail, accused of aggravated assault in an unrelated case.

He’s expected to appear before a judge Monday.
