Missing Dogs

Erwin McTigue lives on outer union street. He says he tied his dog Duke to a dog house New Year’s Eve.

When he went to check on duke the next morning all that was left was the chain and an unhooked collar.

Just two days later, the Swoboda family of Old Town was shopping at the Airport Mall when someone inside the dollar tree store asked if they had a dog in their car in the parking lot.

When they went outside to check on their pug, the back door of their car was open and four-year-old Blanche was nowhere to be found.

McTigue has offered a reward of $100 for the return of Duke. If you have any information you can call him at 947-8227.

To reach the Swoboda’s with information on the whereabouts of Blanche call them at 827-5892.

Or you can contact the Bangor Police Department at 947-7384.
