They received a heroes welcome at the army aviation support facility in Bangor.
The unit had stopped briefly at the Bangor airport on Saturday, before they had to leave again for a few days of processing.
The Medivac unit is returning home from nine months in Iraq, where they flew rescue missions, evacuating nearly 700 patients.
