China Dine-ah’s Seafood Stuffing

Ingredients:

lb. butter

onion, minced

2 stalks celery sliced thin

1 lb. Ritz crackers, crushed

1 T minced parsley

salt and pepper to taste

cup white wine

lb. Maine shrimp

lb. scallops

lb. lobster meat

Instructions:

Saut onions and celery in butter until tender. Add seafood, cook until seafood is almost done. Add white wine and parsley and simmer for about 5 minutes. Pour mixture into mixing bowl with cracker crumbs. Add about a teaspoon of salt and pepper. Mix well. Transfer to a baking dish and place in 350 oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
