The China Dine-ah’s Crab Cakes


1 lb. crabmeat

1 egg

1 cup white bread crumbs (1/4 cup for recipe mixture, cup for breading)

cup mayo

cup stone ground Dijon

1 teaspoon dill


Mix together all ingredients. Roll 2 oz. scoops of mixture into the cup of bread crumbs. Saut in butter until crisp on both sides.
