2 cups Flour
2/3 cup Water
1/3 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Dry Yeast
4 tablespoons Olive Oil (must be Olive Oil for taste)


Oven 450* (must be hot)

Pizza pan 16in perforated (spray with pan spray)

Mix all together until dough is smooth and will not stick to your hands (this may take more flour or water to adjust)
Pat or roll dough in to your pan and top with your choice of toppings
Bake on bottom rack for 5 to 8 minutes than put on top rack of oven and bake until you lift the pizza it is brown in the center of crust.
