Carol Ann Boucher has been unable to sell her Belfast home for about a year. So to unload her home she has decided to hold an essay contest. People nationwide can pay a 50 dollar entry fee, and submit an essay about why they, or someone they know, needs the home.
Then boucher will read the essays and choose one winner.
They will get the house, the acre of land it sits on, a tank of oil, and 15-hundred dollars in moving expenses. Boucher hopes to give the home to someone in need.
