Augusta Homicide Latest

Maine State Police are seeking the public’s help in solving the killing of a 52-year-old man who was found dead inside his home in Augusta. Police say Michael Roderick was found Thursday night by a friend who stopped to visit at his house on Route 17. The state medical examiner’s office has ruled the death a homicide, but police aren’t releasing the cause of death. State police spokesman Stephen McCausland said police are asking motorists to contact them if they have information regarding any cars or people going in and out of Roderick’s driveway on Thursday.
