McCain Looks to Maine 

The McCain campaign told reportersThursday that it’s conceding the battleground state of Michigan to Democrat Barack Obama.

As November 4th approaches, both sides are adjusting their strategies daily to find the best state-by-state path to the 270 electoral votes needed for victory.

Maine, which Democrat John Kerry won four years ago, offers two electoral votes to the statewide winner and one each to the winner in the two congressional districts.

The McCain campaign checked advertising rates in Maine media markets this week.
