The first bust happened Wednesday at Paul Lavalle’s home on the Marston Rd. in Gardiner.
Officials say they found 7-grams of heroin, three marijuana grow rooms, several ounces of marijuana and other drug items.
They also found a number of weapons.
Lavalle has since turned himself in and is facing charges including drug trafficking and cultivating marijuana.
The task force also arrested three people after hearing they had gone to Massachusetts to purchase heroin.
Their car was stopped on the interstate Wednesday night and authorities seized two grams of heroin along with their car.
Lewis Hamilton of China, Justin Savell of Litchfield and Kellen Carter of Liberty are facing charges including unlawful possession of heroin and criminal conspiracy.
The Kennebec County Sheriffs Department say the busts are a result of months of investigation.
