BUT WITH SOME PEOPLE IT’S NOT SO EASY TO SEE AT FIRST GLANCE THE EFFECTS OF THIS KIND OF DIET.

PEOPLE LIKE ONE OF OUR CO-WORKERS HERE AT T-V 5 NEWS…TOM ROUND STAYS SLIM AND TRIM DESPITE EATING WAY TOO MANY EMPTY CALORIES.

WE MET NEWS VIDEOGRAPHER TOM ROUND LAST NIGHT…AND HE HAS NO PROBLEM WITH WEIGHT….DESPITE THE FACT THAT HE EATS FAST FOOD FOR LUNCH AND DINNER FIVE TO SIX TIMES A WEEK….

HE KNOWS IT’S BAD FOR HIS HEALTH….BUT DOCTOR ERIK STEELE SAYS IT’S STILL HARD TO CONVINCE SOMEONE LIKE TOM TO CHANGE…
