IN FACT TOM SAYS HIS DIET CONSISTS OF A LOT OF FAST FOOD AND JUNK FOOD….

FOR EXAMPLE…HE MIGHT HAVE A COFFEE CAKE FOR
BREAKFAST….IF HE HAS BREAKFAST…AT ALL…..

BURGER KING FOR LUNCH…AND A WHOLE PIZZA FOR DINNER…THROW IN A CANDY
BAR FOR A SNACK…AND ABOUT 2 LITERS OF SODA A DAY…NOT DIET….

THAT EQUALS..ABOUT 4-THOUSAND CALORIES…..42 GRAMS OF SATURATED FAT……

ACCORDING TO HIS WEIGHT, HEIGHT, AND ACTIVITY LEVEL….HIS CALORIE INTAKE SHOULD BE ABOUT 2900..WITH NO MORE THAN 32 GRAMS OF FAT……

WHILE MILLIONS OF AMERICANS BLAME THEIR OBESITY ON A FAST FOOD DIET….TOM HAS MANAGED TO ESCAPE THAT PROBLEM…
