Police now believe they’ve captured the man responsible for leaving the drugs where children could have found them.
25-year old Darryl Copeland of Hartford Connecticut was arrested this afternoon, shortly after leaving court where he was facing an assault charge.
When police searched his car, they say they found 98-more bags of heroin, along with cocaine and prescription drugs.
Copeland is now facing a number of new charges including aggravated drug trafficking and possession of drugs.
He’s being held on more than $30,000 bail.
