Police say there were four threats within a 24-hour period on Tuesday and Wednesday. Principal Wayne Anderson says the older kids are ":frustrated and angry,": and the younger kids are ":upset and scared.":
Madawaska Police Chief Ronald Pelletier says the department wants to put a stop to the pranks. Anyone with information is asked to call the police department.
With the help of the Madawaska police department, the school department has enlisted the services of the FBI. When all is said and done the school department will prosecute to the fullest extent.
The bomb threats at the school this month were the first since March 2005.
