Cook Time: 12 minutes
Yield: 54 cookies

1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup sugar
cup packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. cocoa
tsp. baking powder
tsp. salt
1 package unsalted mini-pretzels
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup red M&amp:Ms

In bowl of mixer beat together butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla: mix well. Add melted chocolate: mix well. Sift together flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture until dough is incorporated. Divide dough in half: wrap in plastic food wrap. Refrigerate until firm, one to two hours.

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare cookie sheets – lightly grease or line with parchment paper. Remove half of dough from refrigerator and roll out on a lightly floured surface to 1/8&quot: thickness. Cut with 3&quot: bell shaped cookie cutters and place 1&quot: apart on prepared cookie sheets. Turn sheet upside down, the bottom of the bell will be the top of the reindeer head. Place a pretzel at each top corner to make antlers. Use chocolate chips to make eyes and M&amp:Ms to make the nose. Bake in preheated oven for 12 minutes. Allow cookies to cool. Repeat with second half of dough.
