Bubble and Squeak

Ingredients:
Ground Beef – 2 1/2 lbs
Ground Thyme – 1/3 tbsp
Celery, diced – 1/2 lbs
Black Pepper – 1/2 tsp
Onions, diced – 1/2 lbs
Peas – 1 can
Beef Cube – 1
Carrots, diced – 1 can
Tomato, diced – 1 can
Cut Green Beans – 1 can
Bay Leaf – 1

Directions:
1) Brown BEEF with CELERY and ONIONS, cooking until BEEF is cooked thru, and CELERY is tender. Drain excess fat.
2) Add beef base, TOMATOES puree, THYME, BAY LEAF, 1/2 qt. WATER, add PEPPER and simmer for 2 hrs. Add PEAS, CARROTS, and GREEN BEANS, simmer for 30 minutes. Serve hot: 15 servings.
