MIKE DUNHAM, A FORMER UMAINE GOALIE, HAS RETIRED FROM THE NHL AS A PLAYER AND HAS BECOME A COACH.
THE ISLANDERS HAVE DONE IT TWO YEARS IN A ROW.
LAST YEAR GARTH SNOW WENT FROM BETWEEN THE PIPES WITH THE ISLANDERS TO THE TEAMS GENERAL MANAGER.
SNOW AND DUNHAM ARE FORMER TEAMMATES AT MAINE.
DUNHAM WILL NOW BE THE TEAMS GOALIE COACH.
DUNHAM WAS IN THE LEAGUE FOR 10 YEARS AS A PLAYER. HE RETIRES WITH 141 WINS AND A 2.74 GAA.
