Cafe’ Bluefish’s Black and White Strudel and Double Cinnamon Strudel 

Black and White Strudel and Double Cinnamon Strudel

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

For each individual dessert use one buttered sheet of filo pastry

(approx 12 by 17 inches). For cinnamon strudel, sprinkle about 3Tb

brown sugar and 1 tsp of cinnamon on the buttered sheet. Fold in the

edges (longways) to the center and roll it up.

For the black and white, follow same basic directions bur sprinkle

sheet with about 3 Tb of mixed white and dark chocolate instead of

cinnamon and brown sugar.

Place rolled strudels on a baking sheet, butter tops and bake approx

12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately with ice

cream . A cinnamon, powdered sugar or coco powder dusting on ice

cream and plate looks nice to finish.
