Dysarts’ Meatloaf

Ingredients:

2 lbs. ground beef

2 oz. Heinz 57

2 oz. A-1 sauce

1 oz. Worcestershire sauce

1 cups bread crumbs

1 teaspoon chopped garlic

1 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon basil

1 cup diced onion

1 cup diced green pepper

1 teaspoon onion powder

4 eggs

dash of salt &amp: pepper

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Use milk to adjust texture if needed. Shape into 5×9 inch loaf pan. Smooth top with a little water and bake for 2 hours at 350. Meat temperature should be 160 when done.
