The jury heard from a woman who says she was sexually assaulted by Peter Mills and Stephanie Stark. The two are accused of drugging then molesting three women in Hancock County.
The woman on the stand today, testified she invited Mills to her Surry home two years ago.
She says she didn’t know Mills other than from a telephone call made earlier in the day regarding a job interview. The two became quick friends and the invite was to get to know him better. Little did she know she’d be getting to know his friend Stephanie Stark, as well.
The two showed up with a bottle of wine, beer and vodka. The woman testified she does not remember her glass ever being empty. Eventually the three ended up in the living room. That’s where she says the sexual encounter took place.
It was so graphic, jury members needed to take a break before testimony resumed.
Mills and Stark have pleaded not guilty to the charges.
