The Portland Pirates’ coach spent part of the Memorial Day weekend in the Cumberland County Jail. Kevin Dineen reported to jail Sunday to serve a 48-hour sentence on a driving to endanger conviction. Dineen was arrested for drunken driving last June in South Portland following an end-of-season party after being eliminated from the playoffs in his first season as coach of Portland’s American Hockey League franchise.
