In Isleboro, wardens say the body of a six-year-old girl was recovered Friday night from a small, man-made pond behind her home.
Police are reporting three highway fatalities this weekend as well.
Troopers say a motorcyclist was killed on the Maine Turnpike Saturday morning in Wells.
Hancock County authorities say there was another fatal motorcycle crash, in Orland, late Friday night.
And 26-year-old woman died from her injuries after her vehicle collided with a moose on Interstate 95 north of Medway Friday night.
