The Cole museum in Bangor will host a ceremony honoring members of the military who’ve died while serving the country.
Charles Knowlen is a retired Lieutenant Colonel and a Vietnam veteran. He was asked to deliver the keynote speech.
The guests will also lay wreaths at the war memorials outside the museum.
Vietnam vets will be able to pick up special walking sticks at the museum beginning at 9:15 Monday morning.
Vets who served in either World War II, or the Korean war have walking sticks too, but the museum asks that you pick those up after the afternoon ceremonies at 3pm.
