Pin Rx has been ordered to pay $500,000 in fines, plus half the costs for the Maine board of pharmacy hearing.
The head pharmacist and former CEO of Pin Rx, Reginald Gracie Jr., was found guilty on 16 counts.
His license has been taken away permanently, and he’s ordered to pay more than $300,000 in fines, as well as the other half of the hearing costs.
Another pharmacist, Susan Tringale, was found guilty on 12 counts.
She got a one-month license suspension and a $5,000 fine.
