That’s the sentence given to 31 year old Daniel Boles on Thursday for killing a woman in a motel room.
Boles told police that he and two other men intended to rob 57 year old Jacqueline Shorey in December of 2005.
He claims he was waiting outside when his accomplices emerged from the motel with blood on their hands.
Those two men have denied their involvement and were never charged in the case.
Boles was originally charged with murder, but pleaded guilty to the lesser charge of felony murder which carries a lighter sentence. After he serves 13 years of a 25 year sentence boles will face four years of probation.
