Kravings’ Lobster Linguine 


cup mushrooms, sliced

cup scallions, chopped

1/3 cup sundried tomatoes

cup cream sherry

1 cup lobster meat, reserve lobster claws for garnish

1 package of linguine, cooked according to directions

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon butter

lemon wedges for garnish


Add olive oil and butter to saut pan over medium heat. Add mushrooms, scallions, sundried tomatoes and saut for about 2 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Add sherry and lobster meat. Serve over a bed of linguine or pasta of your choice. Garnish with fresh lemon wedges and lobster claws if desired.
