Not Guilty Plea in Newburgh Breakin 

Larry Munn Junior, pleaded not guilty to two counts of robbery and misdemeanor assault charges.

The 25-year-old man went before a judge in superior court in Bangor.

Authorities have been on the lookout for Munn since November when four people broke into a home in Newburgh.

They’re accused of using a gun and pepper spray to terrorize the family inside then steal money and prescription drugs.

Munn turned himself in late last week the three other suspects have already appeared in court.

Munn is in the Penobscot county jail.

His bail has been set at $80,000 property or $20,000 dollars cash.
