he plants were started in November, and are vine-ripened tomatoes, which hold clusters of 5 on each vine.
ackyard Farms CEO :Paul Sellew says the plants will produce about one million tomatoes per year :and that’s the same number of square footage this greenhouse is on.
he massive building sits on 25 acres and Sellew says the goal is to make Maine the produce capital of New England.
