Denise’s White Bean Dip

Ingredients:

1 19oz. can canelli or other white beans, drained and rinsed

2 tablespoons white wine or water

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablsepoons lemon juice

2-3 garlic cloves, chopped

teaspoon sea salt

teaspoon dried basil or oregano

1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Directions:

Process everything in the blender or food processor until smooth. Chill. Serve with tortilla chips, fresh vegetables or on crusty French Bread. Makes about 2 cups of dip.

Serving size is 1 tablespoon.
