The Chocolate Grille’s Blueberry Cream Cheese Coffee Cake 

Cake Batter Ingredients:
Cup Butter, Softened
1 Cups Granulated Sugar
2 eggs
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
Cup Milk
Cup Water
2 Cups Blueberries
8 oz. Cream Cheese, Cubed and Softened

Topping Ingredients:
Cup All Purpose Flour
Cup Granulated Sugar
2 Tablespoons Grated Lemon Rind
2 Tablespoons Butter, Softened

1.Preheat oven at 375.
2.In mixing bowl, combine butter, sugar and eggs. Beat at medium speed until well mixed.
3.Add Flour, Baking Powder and Salt into mixing bowl and continue mixing until all ingredients are incorporated. Make sure to stop and scrape sides to ensure that all the dry ingredients are mixed in.
4.Add Milk, Water and Cream Cheese. Mix
5.Add blueberries. Mix
6.Pour batter into a greased 9×9 baking dish
7.In the same mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for topping.
8.Beat until mixture consists of small crumbs
9.Spread topping onto the cake mixture
10.Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until golden brown on top.
