Friar’s Bakehouse’s Pumpkin Bread 

1 cup all purpose flour
cup cake flour
teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
teaspoon ginger
teaspoon allspice
teaspoon cinnamon
teaspoon nutmeg
Pinch of ground cloves
1 cup pumpkin puree
cup vegetable oil
cup molasses
2 eggs, beaten
cup chopped walnuts (optional)

1.Preheat oven to 350.
2.Mix together flours, salt, baking soda and spices.
3.In a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Stir mixtures together being careful not to over mix.
4.Fold in nuts if desired.
5.Pour into greased and floured 9x5x3 loaf pan.
6.Bake 50-60 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
