1 cups milk
1 cups flour
Beat eggs and milk together. Add rest of ingredients and beat until smooth. Batter needs to be room temperature so its a good idea to mix a few hours before baking.
* If youre in a hurry, just microwave the milk for one minute. Your batter will be the same as room temperature. *
Grease popover pan and fill cups full. Bake at 450 for 25 minutes, then turn oven down to 350 for 15 minutes. Do not open the door. 3 minutes before theyre done, poke a hole with a knife on the side of each popover to let out steam. Then finish cooking the last 3 minutes.
* You may serve these with prime rib instead of Yorkshire Pudding. *
